Since 2000, Quality Care Roofing, Inc. Has re-roofed over 1800 homes in the Central Florida area. All of our re-roofs are installed to Dade County hurricane codes. We provide our customers with the best possible materials that are available on the market today.

We will provide you all of the necessary information about the roof system you have chosen, so that you can make an educated choice as to which particular system is best for you. Our estimators are highly trained and courteous and will be happy to assist you in picking the right colors and accessories to match your existing home exterior. You will be happy to know that we take the time to custom color match all of your existing penetrations to match your roof and trim package.

All of our estimates are done by a trained estimator. We will do a complete inspection of your roof to include estimating for wood replacement, skylights, chimney cap and flashings, fascia, sub-fascia, soffit, and gutters. Under normal conditions, we will offer all wood replacement free of charge to our customers up to a certain amount. Additional wood replacement will be at an industry average of $2.50 per square foot or lineal foot.

Once we start on your roof, we will be there until the job is complete. We will provide all labor, materials, taxes, freight, workman's compensation insurance, general liability insurance, equipment and permits required to install your roof system per code and specifications.

Upon completion of each phase of your re-roof we will have a quality inspection performed both by our company and the mandatory inspection required by the local municipality or county. All work will be supervised and done by certified technicians. After completion of each days end, you can be assured that all trash and debris will be picked up and the work area cleaned before leaving for the day. A magnet sweep will be conducted throughout the day and upon completion for extracting nails from the ground and around bushes, trees, shrubs, etc.

Please call for your free and prompt estimate. We do not require a deposit or down payment to start your project. Payments are due in full upon completion and passed inspections. We want you to be totally satisfied with the final product before we get paid. If needed, we will try and provide you with a payment plan through one of our lending institutions.
